Testalonga white wine is a hymn to the territory and to the ancient traditions of Dolceacqua, home of the winery, of which it tells the hilly terraced landscape that slopes into the sea and the air full of salt. It is produced with maceration on the skins for 5 days and aging in old barrels, to express itself with mineral, marine, brackish and hydrocarbon tones. Artisanal wine, made as it once was

The Bianco Testalonga by Nino Perrino was born from the passion of one of the most interesting and famous vignerons in Liguria. It is a white produced with a vinification that involves maceration on the skins and a subsequent refinement. The result is an intense, rich and complex orange wine, which expresses all the Mediterranean and marine character of the area in which it is produced.

The Testalonga Bianco wine is the son of the wonderful territory consisting of the first hills that rise from the Ligurian coast of the west towards the mountainous hinterland. Cantina di Nino Perrino is a small company that produces wines outside the standard schemes. They are labels that still jealously preserve an artisan connotation. It is a pure white with great character, which shows all the artisan side of Liguria. The grapes come from old manually tended vines, grown between the sea and the mountains, gently caressed by the sea breeze. The clusters are pressed with the feet without destemming and the fermentation is started with the use of indigenous yeasts only, without temperature control. The wine ferments on the skins for 5 days.

The Orange Wine Testalonga Bianco produced by the vigneron Nino Perrino is a rich and intense wine. It has a golden yellow color, with coppery shades and a slightly veiled appearance. The nose reveals broad and dense aromas, with notes of yellow fruit, aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub, citrus peel, iodized notes and hints of hydrocarbons. On the palate it is savory and mineral, with a juicy fruit and a harmonious and persistent finish.
