Chianti Classico Le Trame 2017

The Toscana IGT "Le Trame" from Podere Le Boncie is an intriguing and graceful expression of a grape like Sangiovese. Aged in oak, it boasts, right from the start, a decisive complexity of aromas, all in constant evolution; it is difficult to remove the nose from the glass, as it is not to renew the sip. Juicy, accomplished and full of satisfaction, it is a wine with an impeccable balance and intense concentration.

Tasting notes: Intense ruby. The nose is expressed with hints of red fruits, floral notes, spicy tones and earthy hints. On the palate it reveals a full body, a well integrated tannin and a pleasant acidity.

Pairings: Excellent in combination with first and second courses of red meat, it is to be tried in accompaniment to deviled chicken.
