From their oldest vineyard, among the Cirò hills facing north, they harvest the Gaglioppo grapes selected for the Reserve.
After about 1 month of maceration, the flower wine was extracted and then aged in 2000-liter oak barrels for a year. After a long refinement in the bottle, it is offered 4 years after the harvest
