Tasting notes: At sight it is straw yellow with a dense, fine and persistent perlage. The scent is fresh, complex and full, with very fine notes of white fruit and yeast. The flavor is fresh and intense, excellent minerality and persistence.
Pairings: During the aperitif, it goes well with fish-based dishes such as tuna tartare.
