Blanc de Rouge Extra Brut

Blanc de Rouge results from the most profound conviction and trust in the local grape variety Schiava. The grapes undergo white vinification and, hence, direct and soft pressing. After the first fermentation, the base wine is bottled, inducing fermentation according to the classic method, after which it ages on lees for 24-30 months.

Its refreshing nature, the gentle bubbles and the delicate strawberry note on the nose gives the Blanc de Rouge its outstanding character. The Extra Brut is light and digestible with only 3g/l of residual sugar and low alcohol content of 12% by volume. It is therefore ideally suited as an aperitif and as a dish companion. A light almond note on the finish gives it an extraordinary charm.
